Group Exercise – 14 years and up.
All classes serve Club Members only.
HAC offers a wide variety of Group Exercise Classes, with over 100 classes to choose from every week. These classes provide a wonderful opportunity for members to work out with friends or to meet new people. The enthusiasm starts with the instructors who are certified thru Les Mills International for the following classes: BodyPump, BodyStep, RMP, and Body Combat. In addition, there are numerous other classes including Kickboxing, Zumba, Aqua Fitness, Yoga, Senior Strength, to list a few.
All classes are included in the membership package and preregistration in not required.
Classes run seven days a week and start as early as 6:00 a.m. and run as late as 8:30 p.m.
