Yoga at HAC
At Hockessin Athletic Club we provide our members with all the benefits of a well rounded yoga program. Members can choose from a variety of yoga class styles, including Mindful and Essential Yoga in our non-heated studio, Stationary Sequence in one of our heated studios or for those looking for a more dynamic class, a heated Vinyasa class. In addition, Intro to Yoga Workshops and private sessions are available.
This is your place to grow to be supported by skilled teachers as you learn to use the tools that help you create a richer, more vibrant and meaningful life.
Additionally, HAC also offers a Yoga membership that includes unlimited heated yoga!* Whether it be heated or non-heated yoga, Essential or Mindful Yoga, Stationary Sequence, Core
