
HAC Youth Sports are ideal for the busy family. Just one session each week for 5-8 weeks. Sports help children develop in many more ways than just physically. If you have questions about what athletic programs can do for your child, or need help choosing a sport for your child, please contact HAC Sports Manager, Dave Mulvena, at dmulvena@hachealthclub.com. Dave has over 8 years of experience with young athletes.

Our youth sports programs aim to attain a safe and fun environment of fair play and sportsmanship. We encourage athletic accomplishments to promote the physical, mental and social growth and development of our young participants. By reinforcing positive influences, self-confidence, and self-esteem, we seek to help our young participants succeed on and off the playing field.
