Hockessin Athletic Club is Delaware's premier health center. We offer everything you expect from a world-class gym, from top-of-the-line exercise and recovery amenities to group fitness and personal training, plus weekly enrichment and sports classes for children, an on-site cafe, childcare, preschool, and so much more.

Years in the planning, Hockessin Athletic Club opened its doors on June 10, 2007. Located on 11.6 acres in Hockessin, Delaware, HAC is one of the largest health clubs in the United States.
Fitness Amenities & Equipment
Equipped with over 80 pieces of cardio equipment, roughly 1800 sq. ft. of indoor turf, free weights, weight machines and a designated stretching area.
Aquatic Complex
From swimming year-round in our heated outdoor pool to racing down a two-story waterslide, all ages and fitness levels can find something to enjoy. Take an aqua fitness class, work on your backstroke, or lounge with a good book.
Benefits for Kids
On family memberships, kids ages 3-13 get 2 included classes each week, and ages 18-36 months may enjoy special parent and tot programs. HAC also offers unlimited Youth Group Fitness classes and supervised play in our regulation-size gymnasium.
