The Hockessin Athletic Club boasts 109,000 square feet of all your fitness needs. Featuring over 1,800 square feet of turfed functional training space, a 3,600 square foot state-of-the-art weight room, a 5-star aquatics complex, holding 5 pools and a water slide installed just for fun (literally), and more, HAC strives to uphold its mission while providing a safe space for healthy fitness, fun, and relaxation.
Located on a state park, HAC members enjoy the perk of making use of Tweed's Park's 2.4 mile walking path and soccer fields. With continued use from HAC's clubs, campers, members, and programs we have assisted Tweed's Park in growing to become one of the most visited parks in all of Delaware. We look forward to the growth the future holds for our community.
Our 5-star complex offers a 4-lane indoor pool, 6-lane heated outdoor pool, a zero-depth entry leisure pool, relaxing whirlpool, warm water therapy pool, therapeutic cold plunge tub, and two-story waterslide.
