Our intention is to fortify and enhance the natural connection between mind, body, and soul and to nurture a strong sense of community. Through our balanced and evolving yoga program, students can choose from a unique variety of all level classes, special events, seasonal celebrations, workshops, and private sessions. This is your space to practice and have the guidance and support of our skilled and creative 200 and 500 hour certified yoga teachers, as you learn to utilize the tools to experience a more vibrant and meaningful self and life.

A structured, set sequence of postures done at a slower and more mindful pace. In this class, you will develop roots and a strong foundation of each pose and a deeper level of focus, flexibility, strength, balance, and concentration.
A balanced early morning blend of our signature classes. This class includes sun salutations, and it is an invigorating and rhythmic practice that warms your body, clears your mind, and opens your heart. It’s a great way to perk up and start your day.
A creative sequencing and exploration of fluid postures and transitions that synchronizes movement and breath. It is an energetic vinyasa class that cultivates grace, strength, balance, transformation, and waves of freedom with your movements.
An invigorating, power flow set to exhilarating, lively music. This class will enhance your workouts and empower you with flexibility, strength, and improved balance and stamina. Learn techniques and powerful yoga flows that will challenge you and optimize your athletic performance.
A traditional and graceful moving sequence that allows you to experience new levels of flexibility, balance, and strength. This class will lead you to the halfway point in the Ashtanga Primary Series, highlighting classic yoga flow, technique, breathwork, tradition, and philosophy.
A deep, slow yet intense set of shapes that complements the more movement and power styles of vinyasa (Yang) yoga. This class targets the connective tissue by utilizing body weight and gravity to lengthen connective tissue and enhance flexibility. Poses are seated, supine, and prone that are held with the muscles relaxed for 3-5 minutes. Class winds down with soothing, reflective time surrounded by vibrations from instruments(sound bath healing) that help calm the mind, body, and soul.
We offer a variety of unique and creative specialty classes, seasonal celebrations, spiritual discipline classes, beginners programs, and interactive pose intensives. Find the right workshop for you or contact us to organize a private group event.
All hot yoga classes serve club members ages 14+ only unless otherwise noted.
