Eric Neil has over ten years of experience in the health and exercise field. He earned his bachelors degree in kinesiology from West Chester University with a minor in coaching. He held a position at University of Delaware as a strength and conditioning coach for several years working with football and field hockey among other teams. He has been part of Community Fitness Friday, a program that serves individuals with special needs through health and fitness, here at HAC for several years.
He holds certifications from nationally recognized organizations such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Functional Movement Systems (FMS). He enjoys working with people of all fitness levels and aspirations such as:
• Athletes
• Weekend warriors
• Special Olympics

• Olympics lifting
Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had for training. My goal was to put on weight and muscle and he helped me accomplish that. Eric is very outgoing, knowledgeable and professional. Coach Eric teaches the youth /kid’s circuit. My kids love his classes! They are excited and look forward to taking circuit class every week. He keeps them exercising, playing team games, and engaged through the whole class by keeping it interesting and challenging for the kids. Thank you, Eric!
