This varied and fun class will have five rounds of timed intervals using all things round (kettlebells, swish balls, bosus, bands, etc). We will switch up the workouts to incorporate strength, agility, and mobility. This class will be 45 minutes including a dynamic warmup, a relaxing cool down, and options for all.

Aimed at those wanting to get stronger, LES MILLS Strength Development is a sequence of 12 x 45-minute progressive workouts.
LES MILLS™ | This is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and Power Yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment, and increase flexibility. It’s a low-impact but intense way to heat up your training.
Keeps the international dance party going but adds alternating tracks holding light weights. The workout is an interval training and upper body sculpting experience.
All group fitness classes serve club members ages 14+, and kids ages 12-13 with a parent/guardian only unless otherwise noted.
