It’s not what you can do that’s important to me; it’s what you cannot do that is most important.
Keith Glines has over ten years of experience in the health and exercise field. He earned his Bachelors degree from the Health and Exercise Science department at the University of Delaware. His experience includes corporate fitness, cardiac rehabilitation, and most recently he has been a personal trainer.
He holds numerous certifications from nationally recognized organizations, such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Keith has also completed his training as a Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Certified Specialist.
MAT focuses on correcting and eliminating muscle imbalances that can lead to decreased muscle function, joint dysfunction, poor sports performance, and injury. Keith utilizes his MAT training with his clients to help improve the function of their muscular system. He enjoys working with the “Average Joe” (people with aches and pains, joint replacements, orthopedic problems) as well as with athletes of all levels (from “weekend warriors” to Olympic level). Keith has the knowledge and experience to help people of all levels achieve their goals.
I have been working with Keith for almost eight years and together we have dealt with leg, neck, shoulder problems and a broken foot. Keith always puts my needs first, analyzing my strengths and weaknesses, treating the imbalances with MAT and tailoring an exercise program to address the problem. He has a passion for helping his clients and an analytical mind that never sleeps. I would highly recommend Keith.

As a trainer, Keith always meet me where I am physically and stretches my limitations without injuring me, which has been an issue in the past with other trainers. He is infinitely encouraging to just keep moving. Well done Keith!
