Mike has always been interested in fitness. Growing up, he was active in sports as well as training in different martial arts styles. He started training in 2001 and received his BS in Health Behavior Management with a minor in Strength and Conditioning in 2004. Since then, he has received other certifications in the field and continues to pursue education to become a better personal trainer.
He has past experience training child to professional athletes, elderly, overweight and middle age populations, and individuals with certain conditions such as osteoporosis, post heart issues, MS, etc..
Throughout his career, Mike has had numerous certifications that taught him different skills. Mike has the ability to access the way your body moves and can train you to improve muscular imbalances. He believes no matter what your skill level is you can achieve your goals as long as you have the willingness to try and believe in yourself, and he will do his best to make it fun for you.
