*Parental supervision required for children 13 years old and under in all areas of the club. Tumbling space is open to anyone 17 years old and under with adult supervision during non-class hours. Please respect all posted club rules.
Each child on your membership can register for 1 weekly dance, acro, or martial arts class plus 1 weekly youth sports class. Additional classes may be added for a fee.
INCLUDED FOR AGES 3 - 13
Our program balances teamwork and individual expression through the ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, and other styles. We help kids build confidence both on and off the stage.

Our program will enable your child to develop skills at their own pace. Skills taught include rolls, cartwheels, handstands, headstands, and backbends with a progression to the more advanced moves of walkovers and handsprings.

In addition to teaching the physical components of Karate, our classes enhance listening skills, motor coordination, individual growth, and discipline, as well as increasing self-esteem, confidence, and important leadership skills.

Our youth sports program conveys the fundamentals of sports with teamwork and positive sportsmanship. Available sports include basketball, soccer, inline sktating, lacrosse, volleyball, and more.
These classes are designed for ages 18 - 36 months. Each session, your child will work on body awareness and confidence while learning to listen to instruction in a fun, social setting.
ACRO FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD
Our experienced instructors will guide you and your child through a variety of movements that promote balance, coordination, socialization, and gross motor skills.
MARTIAL ARTS FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD
In addition to martial arts skills like blocking and kicking, we’ll use games and obstacle courses to help children develop essential motor skills and learn to follow directions.
These opportunities offer children a more traditional workout experience to help foster a life-long love of fitness.
FOR AGES 7 - 14
Instill a love of exercise with unlimited youth group fitness classes, including cycling and total-body cardio and strength options.
FOR AGES 12 - 13
The Kids in Training program gives members ages 12-13 the opportunity to use some equipment on our main fitness floor with their parent present after attending a 1-hour session with a certified personal trainer.
FOR AGES 12-13
Group fitness classes are available to anyone ages 14+. Kids ages 12 - 13 may participate in adult group fitness classes with a parent present.
Members benefit from priority registration and exclusive member discounts for most paid youth programs.
We offer personalized swim lessons for kids, focusing on endurance, stroke techniques, and fundamental skills. Suitable for all skill levels.
