What’s Included


Weekly Group Workouts

Enjoy SGPT Workouts 2-3 times a week for camaraderie and friendly competition.

Group “Walk and Talks”

Stroll Tweed’s Park Friday or Saturday mornings and grab coffee with fellow participants and a trainer afterward.

One Personal Training Session

Use at any point during your 6-week program to set goals or check-in mid-way.

Weekly Motivation

Get tips and ask questions of our certified training team and try optional weigh-ins for extra accountability!

The ACES Program offers your choice of 2-3 weekly classes from most* Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) options.

* Aqua SGPT, Pickleball, Strength Training for Runners, HIIT & Abs, and Active Recovery Conditioning are unavailable in the ACES program.
